2. DECLARATION: I understand that the APPLICATION FEE ($250 USD) must be submitted within three (3) calendar days following date of "Acceptance Letter". No action will be taken to further process a Program Application until this fee is confirmed. Application Fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from Total Program Fee due. * Yes

3. DECLARATION: I understand that the TOTAL PROGRAM FEE (less Application Fee) must be submitted along with Participant Agreement, within seven (7) calendar days following submission of Application Fee and is subject to IIVN Cancellation Policy. Yes
