 All applicants for program participation with the Int'l Internship & Volunteer Network must submit a minimum of two (2) references.  References will be accepted from former/recent employer(s) and College Professor(s), Instructor(s) or Counselor(s), who have known the participant for at least six months (cannot be a family member). 

A formal letter of reference, in lieu of the following on-line form, may be faxed or e-mailed to the attention of:
